Effective: July 14, 2026. These terms are a business draft and require review by qualified transportation counsel before public launch.
Request and confirmation
Submitting a request does not confirm a ride. A ride becomes confirmed only when Altaie issues a booking reference and written confirmation containing the accepted itinerary, vehicle class, operating coverage, final total, and applicable service terms.
Pricing and payment
Amounts displayed in the private-beta request flow are pilot estimates, not quotes or charges. No payment is collected through that flow. Any final total, payment method, cancellation policy, waiting terms, and material itinerary changes must be disclosed and accepted before service confirmation.
Operating partners
Altaie is designed to coordinate transportation fulfilled by vetted, licensed third-party operators. The applicable operator and service terms will be identified in the confirmation. Altaie does not claim an owned fleet at launch.
Passenger responsibilities
The requester must provide accurate itinerary, passenger, contact, luggage, accessibility, and flight information. Passengers must comply with applicable law, vehicle safety requirements, and reasonable chauffeur instructions.
Cancellation and waiting
Cancellation, waiting-time, no-show, damage, cleaning, and change policies must be presented before production confirmation. References on this site to grace periods are launch standards and remain subject to final legal and operational review.
Prohibited reliance
The service does not provide executive protection, security, emergency transportation, medical transportation, or government-affiliated service. Do not rely on the site for urgent or emergency transportation.
Brand status
Altaie is a launch candidate name. No statement on this site represents completed trademark clearance, regulatory approval, or authority to begin live transportation operations.
