Information we collect
We collect information used to request and coordinate transportation, including contact details, traveler profiles, itinerary and flight details, service preferences, corporate references, and notes you choose to provide. Partner forms may also collect operating-authority identifiers. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passport details, or sensitive licensing documents through general inquiry forms.
How we use it
We use the information to review requested service, coordinate operating partners, provide ride updates after acceptance, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve launch operations. We do not sell submitted information.
Storage and retention
Inquiry submissions are stored in a hosted database and are designed to be removed after 12 months. Accepted service records may be retained for the period required for service, accounting, dispute, insurance, and legal purposes. Limited request metadata may be processed to prevent abuse.
Service providers
Production reservations, payments, passenger accounts, and ride history are intended to be processed through Moovs or another disclosed booking provider. Altaie should not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Hosting, database, email, and fraud-prevention providers process information only to deliver their services.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Altaie through the corporate inquiry form and identifying the email used for your request. Legal or operational retention obligations may limit deletion.
Security and changes
No system is completely secure. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and will update this notice as the production service, vendors, or legal requirements change.
